The Controller also indicates the legal basis for processing personal data.

Types, purposes, legal grounds and duration of processing of personal data

The controller processes the following personal data:

  • First and last name;
  • E-mail address;
  • Phone number;
  • Address details;
  • Bank account number;
  • Payment method
  • Anonymized IP addresses (think Google GA4 without remarketing)
  • Company Name.

The controller processes these personal data of all clients with whom it enters into an agreement. It processes these data in order to contact to contact you and in order to fulfil its obligations arising from the agreement.

The email address or telephone number can also be used to inform you about orders, products or services in the future.

The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds: the client's consent for the processing of their personal data, and necessity for the performance of the agreement.

Your personal data will be stored for as long as you have an agreement with the Controller. After the agreement between you and the Controller ends, the Controller will delete your personal data from its systems.

Failure to provide personal data will result in no agreement being concluded.
