Ordered a bracelet as a gift for my friend and it looks beautiful
I ordered the bracelet from this webshop because my boyfriend's previous one was from there, and it was so beautiful, so I ordered it again because the other one was broken, at least the strap. The bracelet arrived quickly, but I got the fright of my life: we looked like a caricature. My son said, "Haha, mom, you look like two cartoon characters." I contacted them right away, but they wouldn't answer. I sent an email with a photo, but unfortunately, no response, even though it said they'd respond within two hours. I've seriously sent three emails now and called 30 times, but no response, so I sent the bracelet back with a letter in the box explaining the whole story. I really hope to get in touch with Maria to discuss the other bracelet. It was so beautiful, I don't understand what went wrong. This one isn't meant to be worn; it's more like a really bad joke.
