A piece of rope with a link and a tube of glue. Definitely not as expected so I want to return. According to the store, this is not possible because this would be a custom-made product. It's just a piece of rope of about 30cm, I can cut it to size, burn it and stick it on myself. What nonsense. Unfortunately, no response has been heard from this company and my reviews have also been removed from the site. Don't step in!
