Fantastic service, beautiful product.

A pleasant experience; my questions were handled personally, with care, and with expertise. I ordered two bracelets with a photo and text. The result was impressive; it turned out very beautifully. The only criticisms I can make are some improvements to the website. I would have made a different choice if it had become clear to me that the bracelets are, in principle, not adjustable. And clear gluing instructions would make it better. At least it was mentioned: apply thinly (But what is thin? ... please include a photo of that). And how long to wait before joining the parts together? And how long to press down? When and how do you remove glue residue? OR refer to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fmWx9lrmio, as that is a clear gluing instruction. Furthermore, I must say that I have never had such a good experience with the service provided before. Truly deserves a big compliment!

Ordered a bracelet as a gift for my friend and it looks beautiful

I ordered the bracelet from this webshop because my boyfriend's previous one was from there, and it was so beautiful, so I ordered it again because the other one was broken, at least the strap. The bracelet arrived quickly, but I got the fright of my life: we looked like a caricature. My son said, "Haha, mom, you look like two cartoon characters." I contacted them right away, but they wouldn't answer. I sent an email with a photo, but unfortunately, no response, even though it said they'd respond within two hours. I've seriously sent three emails now and called 30 times, but no response, so I sent the bracelet back with a letter in the box explaining the whole story. I really hope to get in touch with Maria to discuss the other bracelet. It was so beautiful, I don't understand what went wrong. This one isn't meant to be worn; it's more like a really bad joke.
