Great service

After some problems with Post NL, specifically the delivery date being shifted repeatedly, I contacted the supplier. They were very accommodating; immediately after my complaint, they sent a new bracelet via UPS and informed me that if I were to receive the bracelet that was yet to be delivered by the postal service, I would not need to return it. I found this to be a very nice gesture. I received both bracelets the day after my complaint, for which I am grateful, and they look good. Of course, I cannot yet judge their functionality, but I will comment on that at a later time.
